Broker & Associates specializes in bankruptcy and insolvency law, workouts, and related commercial litigation.  The firm actively involves itself in the distressed asset area by assisting its clients in identifying and implementing a variety of nationwide investment opportunities.  The firm is also well versed in the area of "substantive consolidation."

Jeffrey (Jeff) Broker has over 30 years’ experience in this highly specialized field as an AV rated practitioner in Southern California.  A 1972 graduate of UCLA Law School, Jeff has written many articles and has lectured extensively in the areas of debtor and creditor matters, business loan workouts, valuation and related litigation in federal and state courts.  He is the past president of the California Bankruptcy Forum (over 2,200 members statewide), the past president of the Orange County Bankruptcy Forum, and a panel mediator with the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California.
